Will the sessions be recorded? If so, how can I access the recordings?
Sessions will be recorded via Airmeet. All registered participants will have access to session recordings after the conference.
I am attending virtually; how do I join?
Use your unique Airmeet invitation link to join the event. You will receive this link via email a few days before the event. Here is a short checklist to join:
- Grant Permissions for Mic and Camera
- Use Chrome browser
- Close all other applications/ tools accessing the mic and camera in the background, such as Teams or Zoom
- Disable VPN / Ad blockers
- Conduct pre-event system tech check: Start Test
Can I attend the conference in person one day and virtually the next?
Due to limited in-person capacity, registrants must choose to attend the conference either in person OR virtually across the three days.
How do I get to the conference venue?
The Partnership for Public Service’s office can be accessed by both public transportation and personal vehicles. The entrance to the building is on 14th St NW and F St, between The Hamilton and Swing’s Coffee Shop.
Metro
- The closest metro station is Metro Center, located near the intersection of 12th St. and G St. NW. Another option that is close by is McPherson Square station.
- Valet parking is not available, but we do have parking available nearby.
- The closest garage is at the Willard Center on 1455 F Street NW (F street between 14 and 15). The rate is $37/day. Guests can park until 12am. To access our office from the garage, guests must exit the garage itself and walk to the entrance to the building.
- Another option is located at 1325 G Street NW – the entrance is between 13th and 14th St NW. The rate is $32.70/day and is open 24/7. Those parking in this garage, enter and exit via the walkway at the entrance of the garage itself.
- Note: Some garages around the area may provide early-bird parking rates.
