Registration fees are not refundable. Refunds for the difference in registration cost will not be provided to in-person registrants that opt to change their attendance to virtual after payment is made.

How do I register for the conference?
You can register to attend the conference through our conference registration page.
When can I see the conference agenda?
We are working on finalizing the 2025 agenda. In the meantime, you can view an outline of our agenda here.
Will the sessions be recorded? If so, how can I access the recordings?
Sessions will be recorded via Airmeet. All registered participants will have access to session recordings after the conference.
Can I attend the conference in person one day and virtually the next?
Due to limited in-person capacity, registrants must choose to attend the conference either in person OR virtually across the three days.
Can I get SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for attending the conference?
Yes, the Partnership for Public Service is a SHRM recertification provider.
